Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.

Eligible Refund Cases

We only accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The package was missing items

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 daysof receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do NOT offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect use or handling of products
  • Opened or used items
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Return Process

To request a return or refund:

Refund Processing Time

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
